In 2011, Purple Day for Epilepsy Awareness joined forces with Cheer for a Cause to promote awareness of epilepsy to cheerleading teams around the world. Purple Day Founder Cassidy Megan is an avid cheerleader and loved getting the opportunity to bring two of her greatest passions together.
